Delivery charges are calculated based on the total value of your basket: from €5.90 to €59.90 in mainland France and Monaco. Separate rates apply in Corsica and across Europe (an additional €5 or €10 per bracket, depending on the country). Yes. We deliver to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, as well as to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Other destinations may be considered on request, prior to placing an order.

Each piece is hand-carved from a single block of solid wood. The grain, tones and shapes vary naturally: no two pieces are ever identical.

No. They are the signatures of living wood and of the wabi-sabi philosophy that inspires us. They in no way affect the strength of the piece.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth, wipe up any liquid immediately, and feed the wood once or twice a year with a natural oil. Avoid direct sun and heat sources.

Yes. If you have received a faulty item, a damaged parcel or an incorrect order, please submit your request via the Returns & support page (/retours): enter your order number and the email address used, and we will follow up via email. To exercise your right of withdrawal (within 14 days of receipt), simply send an email to contact@maisonmiraku.com; a standard form is also available in the « Right of withdrawal » section. In all cases, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you are responsible for the return postage costs.
